Our stoneware is made from clay with a unique blend of quartz and minerals, including oxide.  During the firing process, the high temperatures ensures that each piece is even more stable than clay, and less translucent than porcelain.  Each piece is unique in structures and shades, so no two pieces are alike! This stoneware is dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
